If you use our self check-in deposit portal, we use the email address and WhatsApp number you confirm there to communicate about your deposit and to process its automatic refund after checkout: your WhatsApp receives the deposit-refund link and your email receives the payout details and confirmation. These contacts are processed by our payment and messaging partners (e.g. Xendit and the WhatsApp Business platform), which may involve transfer outside Indonesia under appropriate safeguards. We retain them for the duration of your stay and the refund-processing period. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter; we are not liable for a refund that fails to reach you because of incorrect contact data you provided. You may correct your data or withdraw consent (subject to completing any in-progress refund) under UU PDP No. 27 Tahun 2022 by contacting admin@hostelnmc.com.
